What is your shipping policy?
Free shipping on all orders over $50.00.
All packages are mailed via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking. $5.00
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. All items are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. We will contact you for approval within 48 hours if the creation time for your order will be longer than expected. Once shipped, packages should arrive within 2-4 business days excluding holidays. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take a little longer. Shipping days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends. If you would like an order expedited, please contact us via email prior to placing your order.
How long does it take to get my purchase?
We send your jewelry as soon as payment clears. After payment clears, we immediately ship via USPS Priority Mail and the jewelry arrives in approximately three days (longer for Alaska and Hawaii). If you need additional information or have a rush order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal (you do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use this option), or money order. Items are promptly shipped after payment verification.
How secure is the online credit card payment system you use?
Yahoo! uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time Yahoo! asks you for a credit card number on Yahoo! for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card number on Yahoo!, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when you retrieve or edit it in the future. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and either the first four digits or the last four digits of your number. Pretty much what we are saying is that any payment using any method is safe on our website. We take extra measures to protect our customers and are always using the latest technology available.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Utah residents will be charged the requisite 6.6% state sales tax. This tax is not applicable to residents of other states.
Can I have my order sent as a gift?
Yes. Many of our customers send their purchases as gifts and we are well equipped to handle this request. We are proud of our complimentary custom Sparklecove boxes with a hand tied pink ribbon. We also offer for a nominal fee, customized Sparklecove gift cards in which we can write your personal message.
What if my jewelry does not fit?
We provide clear measurement instructions to help this not be a problem that you ever experience. We do understand though that sometimes even with the best intentions, there is a sizing problem. We also understand that many of our customers send our jewelry as gifts and will obviously not be taking measurements! If your jewelry does not fit, contact customer service and we will arrange a solution that works best for you. Our normal course of action is to request that you send the item back to us carefully packaged and insured. We typically then resize the jewelry and send it back to you.
